Practice Exam 5 & 6 may need further explaination

Dear 365datascience team,

After running the code in latest python version, I get different result to the questions 5 & 6 as provided below. For the question 6, I wonder should I fix the seed=365 every time or just once? This would result in different answer. Thank you!
