Predicting Needs vs. Personalized Offering
How 'predicting customers needs' is different than 'personalized offering'?
I can understand that they are inter-connected. But do they worth to be considered two distinct ways of delivering better service through data and AI?

Predicting customer needs can be done with a basic regression model. Personalized offering is best done with a recommender system or something, which is an entirely different kind of methodology.
