Resolved: Problem with career track exam

i took the carreer track exam of Data Analytics, and in the SQL section when I downloaded the data and excuting it in MYSQL I was given this error: Error Code: 1366. Incorrect string value: '\xC4\x9Bnces...' for column 'last_name' at row 4. And as a result the tables in the database were empty for some reasons and leading to the unability to answer the SQL part of the exam with decisivness. please help so I dont encounter this essues and maybe give me one more chance on the exam.
