Please I have made payment but my profile is saying free account.

Please can someone kindly attend to my question. My profile shows free account, i have made payment why do I still carry free account?

Did you manage to resolve this? I was also miffed about this (still am) and their response was due to the fact that I signed up from a free account and then signed up as a paid member. (I mentioned they could easily fix this but no answer yet)
