Unfortunately, LinkedIn does not allow bots to scrape content from their user profiles, even if they are public.
Whether that's legal or not is disputed with some court cases defending LinkedIn and other siding with the scrapers.
However, even if it is deemed legal, LinkedIn employ a lot of defenses against automatic systems - this is probably one of the most well protected sites against bots, at least for large scale scraping.
Sorry to disappoint you, but we do not encourage scraping LinkedIn if you are not 100% sure it is legal, and we will not give advice on how to do it.
