Study time not reflected in, streak lost.

Hello, I logged in on January 14 to study and completed at least 15-20 mins of watch time which was recorded on my dashboard when I completed it. However, when I sign in today (January 15), it says I missed yesterday completely and have therefore lost my 14-day streak. This is an error in the system. Can you please fix it to reflect my 14 day streak and applicable xp for maintaining the streak?

I have an update in case it's helpful for resolving this. My streak has now been restored and is showing 15 days streak. However, now I am not receiving any XP points. I should be receiving 5XP points and 1 coin for my streak today, but when I go into the leader board section, it still shows me having 0 total XP for the week and at 26th place on the leader board as a result. Hoping you can fix this, thank you.

Hi 365 team, it happened again and is showing I didn't watch any lecture yesterday, but I did. The "minutes watched" was accurate yesterday, so not sure what's happening in the XP and streak parts for it to not be properly updated.  I'm back at a zero day streak. Can you please look into this?
