thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear you're experiencing difficulties. Just to check, is this the only video you're having an issue(Getting to know the Segmentation Dataset)? Are the other vides running ok?
Could you try and reload the video and see if if there is no animation showing?

It was only that video. I tried to reload, but situation didnt change
