the right factor of correlation
Why did you say that the highest correlation is between basement and guestroom? it is only 0,37 while there are factors correlation off 0,52 betwenn area and price, 0,46 betwenn bathroom and price and to end 0.46 between airconditior and price? Thanks for your answer

I guess I have the answer, correct me if i am wrong. It was because the correlation was applied only on independant variables.
