Resolved: The second criteria does not seem to be useful

We must expand the search to the second column for the criteria-based duplicate removal. However, for this specific example, asking chatGPT to produce the two columns based on the unique values from the first gives the same output. Can you provide another file where the criteria-based duplicate removal will be apparent?
Also, my ChatGPT-4 is not showing the plus(see attachment), and my output does not look like yours. It is a Python code that is displayed. Also, I cannot understand the restriction (see attachment)

They've made a change to the interface and that's why I think the "+" icon has been replaced by the attach file icon.
In terms of how your output looks - did you instruct ChatGPT how you want it to look like?
