I am Ubuntu user so I don’t have Microsoft excel. Which tool should i use for learning excel?

In my opinion, Excel is quite outdated as an advanced data manipulation and visualization tool. Open Source Python libraries such as pandas and matplotlib are there for the advanced stuff.
For basic work with sheets, which do not require advanced manipulation, you can work with Libre Office, WPS Office or even Google Sheets.
Microsoft offers free access to web version of Excel online. You need to have an Outlook account. But web version of Excel do not have all the functionalities of the regular Excel.
