Resolved: Types of Naïve Bayes
Are ComplementNB and CategoricalNB not considered atypes of Naïve Bayes or they are improvements/expansions of the three(3) mentioned here?

Hello,
ComplementNB (Complement Naive Bayes) and CategoricalNB (Categorical Naive Bayes) are indeed considered types of Naive Bayes classifiers. They are not merely improvements or expansions of the basic types typically mentioned but are distinct models designed to handle specific types of data and classification problems.

OK. I had to ask because it was mentioned in the video that there are 3 types of Naïve Bayes algorithm.
Thank you for the clarification.
