modules and dictionaries unicode error 0x9d

Hello!
I'm having problems running a file from the python course. It is file number 8.0 (modules and dictionaries). What happens is, if I run a section of the code, it works fine but when instead of selecting the section and pressing F9, I simply press run this error appears:
'charmap' codec can't decode byte 0x9d in position 2333: character maps to <undefined>
This happens with whichever section of the code I try to run.
I double-checked, and all the other parts of the file are commented, so they shouldn't be interfering.
