Variable 'outputs' must be recalculated outside the loop
I think that before plotting the last graph, with the relation between outputs and targets, it would be correct to calculate the 'outputs' one last time outside the loop. Am i wrong?

it doesnt make difference, you would have the same values as it is the last loop
