what is 'hah pranked you'????

Hi all,
Can anyone help me to understand what 'hah pranked you' mean?

while going through python materials I can see 'hah pranked you' is used very often even in Numpy documentation, but I don't understand the meaning of this.

Someone please explain what is this?
