Why did my annual subscription disappear?

It was supposed to continue until Oct 2021 and suddenly with the new platform, it says I'm on the free plan. Please fix this because I can't watch any of the videos now.

Apologies for this issue.Did you register with the same email as you used to have in the previous platform, please?
If your email is different, please try to login with the old one and you'll receive instructions on how to reset your password.
