Wrong formula at 2:30

Hi!
As you mentioned before correctly,

Y1 = X1 * W11 + X2 * W21 + B1

.
But when we count the price-rent example you misuse the weights-table,

Y1 = X1 * W11 + X2 * W12 + B1

( W12 instead of W21)
