Resolved: >'2000-01-01' for year=2000 is incorrect

in Advanced SQL / Referring to CTEs in a WITH Clause

I believe we should use >='2000-01-01' when we need to retrieve data instead of >'2000-01-01', otherwise we will miss the employee 108201 who was hired presisely on 2000-01-01
