Thank you! Yeah I previously worked with the hugging face models for my research work. But product based companies are asking for implementations using OpenAI as required skills. I have no production environment experience or such accessibility to it. So I was thinking how to learn implementing them without any costs, as that amount can be very very huge in my country. Now from your response I understood that it is not possible. But this lesson is so helpful to understand how it can be done, even though I can't do it practically right now.
