Resolved: api link don't work
how does even this work the api url dosen't work and i'm still on the same point of solving it and nothing changes

you need to make an account ( choose free ) (on api.exchangeratesapi.io )the to get unique Access Key
url should be like this
http://api.exchangeratesapi.io/v1/latest
? access_key = YOUR_ACCESS_KEY
Actually that doesn't even work so I used another one that serves the same found it in the comments of others and it works 💯
