Better overfitting with high accuracy or no overfitting with low accuracy

Hello , I have a question, I would be grateful if someone could answer it
If a model with an accuracy percentage of 85% but Overfitting and we have another model with an accuracy of 80% but does not overfitting , Which model do we choose?
