Can't access practice tests on my laptop (although I did them on the same device, during the course)

After finishing all the videos and taking notes on them, I wanted to redo the practice tests to better prepare for the exam. Still, even though I've been using the same computer throughout this course, I get this message whenever I try to access one of the tests:

Note that throughout the course there hasn't even been a mention of Pandas and Jupyter (which probably are used in other courses). So, this must be some generic message that the platform spits out when it reaches an issue its creators haven't foreseen. Such an unprofessional matter really takes away from an otherwise great course, with ample educational material...

I don't have another computer (unless you count my Raspberry Pi). How can I overcome this issue?
