Resolved: Can we please download the transcripts?

Our program gives our students the flexibility to learn on their terms, and when it suits them best. You don’t always have to be online or within the platform itself to access materials and can download them to study at your convenience.

To download available materials once you’ve started a course, click on “Download All Resources” located on the uppermost right corner of the “Lessons“ list.

In addition, you can explore the Resources Center (located in Help Center from your Menu -> Resources -> All resources) that has a ton of useful course notes, templates, infographics and practice exams that can supplement your learning journey and making revising feel at ease.

Unfortunately, the only thing that you won't be able to download is the video lectures and the powerpoint slides associated with them that are not already included in the resources for the course, as we do not allow that.

Our service is subscription-based, so as soon as you unsubscribe, you will not have access to the video materials.

If you would like to take notes during the courses that you would like to come back to later, feel free to do so!

That's dissappointing. I'd suggest adding the ability to download transcripts (this make for great time-saving notetaking).
