thanks for reaching out! There are practice exams and course exams which have the same format as the final exam. The difference is the exam scope - in a course or practice exam you'll be tested on material specific to the course. In the career exam you're expected to prove knowledge in all the required courses for that track. I can assure you that taking the course exams is a very good practice for taking the track exam.
