Confidence Interval query

Hi team,
Hope you are keeping well,

I had a query in CI.
In the 10.2 lecture, what does 95%, 99% mean for confidence interval is being explained.at 6.02, it is explained that for 95% if we take 100 samples and get their means and individual confidence intervals, for 95 confidence intervals of these the population mean will lie in the CI.

But the thing is this, when we are only working with a single sample, as in most of the cases say of 30 observations, then can we say that the CI we get is an approximation of the above 95 CI's.

I am eager to receive your feedback.
Thank you.
Best,
Yuvraj.
