conflict of interest solved by mapping?

Hi, in this video bassicaly you are saying that if you have all the processes mapped, you won't have the conflict of interest you have when you stablish objectives independently. So we will solve the problem established at the begining of the course, between sales and creadit. I'm not sure about that, please if you can develop the idea
