Resolved: Confused about the second question answer
"Sample is not representative" - is this considering the population as USA startups and not just the start ups in Silicon Valley?
Also i guess sample is random with respect to the population of starts up from Silicon Valley, but it won't be random if the population is considered as startups from USA (as was asked in the question). Correct?

that i i understood if our population is USA startups so the sample will be not random and not represntativs , but if it's our population is silicon valley so the sample will be random and representativs correct?
