Connection failed in Jupyter Notebook

Good morning. I still have this unsolved problem that I already reported somewhere in the Q&A section.

I have no idea why some notebooks, in some apparently random moments, give me this error. The problem is that I can't neither do homework nor eventually do any exercise requested during the exam if I have this issue. Can you help me? Thank you
