Correct answer is 4 but actually it doesn't matter when we multiply the fraction by 100, so answer 1 is correct as well.

Thanks for reaching out.

You're right! Both Answer (1) and Answer (4) give the correct result because mathematically,
multiplying the numerator by 100 before or after dividing by the denominator doesn't change the final outcome. 
In both cases, the percentage calculation is correct because the multiplication by 100 simply
scales the result after division. The order of multiplication doesn't affect the result in this case.
We will adapt the answers of this question accordingly.
