course related - need some clarifications about the course

Hi,

I am new and looking to subscribe to the above course

I want to know the following

1)If I have a query regarding the subject matter - can I reach out to the author and ask for clarifications

2)if the downloadable resources are not available/failed  as referred in the vides -will they be provided

3) Does this course - teach to develop the full scorecard with variable buckets and scores attached to them
