It seems that my dataset downloaded from the upper comments have the same pattern as in the graph plots shown, but the states order are all mixed up. Is it because of the data split of 80%:20% of random_state = 42 varies among each PC ?
my WoE, diff_by_WoE, etc... are also slightly different
