'df_scorecard.csv' file missing in exam

I am doing Practice Exam 3. It misses the 'df_scorecard.csv' file which is required and read in the Jupyter notebook. It may have been the output in a course lecture, but for the exam it should be attached as a standalone file.

This is the second time a file is missing, hammering any possibility for a more easy way through the course.
