Dictionaries Course

Question

In the Dictionaries video (section 7) of the Python Programmer Bootcamp course, the instructor wrote the first code (In [109]), then I made a little adjustment to it (as shown in the second code). However, I still can't understand how my adjustment greatly affected the final output.

Can anyone give me an explanation?
