The downloads provided are of text format andit contains code but not exercises, I could not understand it weather should I open in any other format? So that it can readable.

There we explain how you can upload and launch *.ipynb files from the Jupyter Navigator (NB! You can’t open *.ipynb files by just double-clicking on them!).
