elbow method range
Hello, at i in range(1,10):, i was expecting i in range(1,30): based on observation numbers which is 30

I was going to ask the same question, seems no one tried to answer during since May :(
I think it isn't dependent on the number of observations; we just want to know from the plot what the smaller efficient cluster number should select
say we select 4, if you decide to choose 5 okay no wrong but the fifth cluster may be seamless "Think for Optimisation :)"
