employment length’ variable and the ‘earliest credit line variable’ we preprocessed in the last lect

I have downloaded the solution and I dont understand anything in it. Is there a particular way to download folders in 365. My frustration and lack of progress here is due to the fact that I have never really done any practice in python because I cant read the solution or the problems are not given in a manner in which one will understand. How do your really solve a problem if you dont understand it? Is 365 meant for those who already have a matery of data science or it is meant for learners like me?
