Hi, i am getting an error while trying to copy paste down the GETPIVOTDATA. it works when i copy paste it to the right. i have attached a screen shot.. thanks

Good to hear from you. The good news is that the function is constructed well.
The error you receive is that most likely "Gross Sales income" has been typed in a different way in the source pivot table. Please take a look and make sure you use the same name as in the pivot table.
