Every event has a set of outcomes that satisfy it !

In the first lecture of the third section (sets and events) the instructor said that every every event has a set of outcomes that satisfy it, but what about the impossible events which has no favourable outcome like getting a 7 when throwing a die?

You can say that the set of outcomes that satisfy an impossible event is the empty set.
