Expected Cell Count

in Statistical Tests in Sales and Marketing / Case Summary and Discussion
I don't understand the prerequistry of expected cell count of 5 or more. as in the croostab continegy table i see 4.41 and 4.7 values that doesn't apply to the condition of >=5 ?
