As the warning informs, you can find the figures in the Plots pane (see the gif in the following page):

If you want them to also show in the console, you need to uncheck the option Mute Inline Plotting (see the gif in the following page):

https://docs.spyder-ide.org/current/panes/plots.html#mute-inline-plotting
