How to get data science job?

Hi,
I have 4+ Years of experience as a Java Developer.
I love maths and I choose the data science job I learned from your video and now I am a part-time freelancer(2+years)also
I completed more than 4 projects through a freelancer but now I am looking data science job company
Daily I applied to many companies no one replies to me. what is the reason for any idea?
Please give me some tips on
