How to open .ipynb file?
Almost all of the downloadable course materials in Mathematics are in this format but I was able to open it in Notepad. I am not sure if I'm reading the text correctly so maybe there is a designated program in this kind of file. Please see the screenshot below. Thank you.

Hi Mike,
thanks for reaching out! You should open Jupyter Notebooks in a specific environment. Throughout the program we mainly use the Jupyter environment and we have a special course on how to install and navigate Anaconda and Jupyter, as well as how to open ipynb files.
