I can't download any files in the Exam. Which can cause me a very serious problem answering the questions.

thanks for reaching out and I'm sorry to hear your having difficulties downloading the files. Could you please specify which exam you're having issues with, i.e. a practice exam, or a course exam and what is the name of the course you're taking and we'll look into the issue.
As a suggestion, try and restart your browser and make sure you have a stable internet connection. Sometimes it takes a while for the browser itself to download the files, in which case you might try a different browser and see if the issue still persists.
