Is Building a complete software and publishing it for use possible on Jupyter
After building my software using Jupyter, how can I publish it so that it is executable and running on any device?

Please accept my apologies for the delayed response.
What software are you referring to? Jupyter is just the environment where you can code using different languages. Therefore, any device on which the relevant code can be read and executed, will be able to execute your software.
If you mean complete software with interface, then this is a much broader topic. Nevertheless, your code will still be "understood" by such devices.
