Is there a capstone project at the end of our career track course certification?

Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, we do provide any such opportunity in this course. However, if you apply for an analyst or data science role, you will typically have the opportunity to show your data literacy during interviews.

Will they even call you ever for an interview without a great portfolio? Sounds impossible even for  a junior role... .

Yes, of course. In my opinion, portfolios are overrated. Recruiting managers know that many candidates get projects from capstones or adapt them from case that already available on github or elsewhere.

Thanks for your input sir. Hopefully you are correct. Would you ever help students connect in some form with the marketplace or at least provide some recommendation letter if they perform well?

Usually, I prefer to make recommendation when I have evidence about good performance (i.e., I have seen someone in action). Thank you for your understanding.
