It'd be better to include emp_no in columns
It's mentioned in the video that including a related column is a better practice, while it is not included in the query provided above. I assume it'd be better to include it so that others downloading the query would remember it more firmly.

I'd say the same. In the video, it was recommended to us to retrieve as well the Primary Key (emp_no) for professional and aiding purposes but in the solution, apparently, the key was not necessary to retrieve, which I found weird.
I was also surprised to hear the instructor explicitly say it is best practice to include the related column in the selections but then see the solution not include it.
