Resolved: Its better if you type along the way.
Pre written code is difficult to understand. Moreover the instructor is not properly explaining the syntax. I know this is an intermediate course but the pandas libraries and string accessors are new concepts and without proper syntax explantaion it is difficult to understand. Thanks!
