In my opinion it is not fair to base the exam on key combinations, as they vary from country to country

You might be right. At the same time keyboard shortcuts are a fundamental aspect of using Excel efficiently.

Sure. My problem is that in my version the key shortcuts are different and therefore my answers do not coincide and remembering the combinations of the English version just to pass the exam is a useless exercise.
