You said un the beginning to get 3 to 5 KPIs per goal.
And in the end for your team to get 10 indicators per goal.
So is it 3 to 5, or 10 per strategic goal?

Please don't get confused between the number of strategic goals and the number of KPIs used to monitor each goal.
