How do you "paste" to all the cells in a given column as you do with the "Current Year" column?

Hi Romeo,
thanks for reaching out! That's a great question, if you look closely at the video, you'll notice that I've put little x-s in the rows under the columns which we're about to film. That way, we'll be stopped automatically by Excel when we copy and paste the formula. Simply copy the formula, then go to the next cell, press control, shift + down and then control + V.
