Problems installing Numpy in virtual environment
Hi,
When I am trying to install numpy using pip install NumPy, there is an error:

Same error when attempting to install pandas.
What could I do to fix this issue?

Hey Harold,
Can you try to upgrade your pip first? I fee like that might be causing the problem here.
